Claim Summary Page
After you have completed entry for both the Insured and Third Party, the Claim Summary Page displays.
The Claim Summary Page summarizes everything you've entered for the claim:
High level auto or property claim data Insured & Third Party Unit Descriptions Owners/Drivers of vehicles Injured Parties
Be sure to review all information (loss description, units, clients) before clicking "Submit". After you submit the claim, no changes can be made. Any changes or edits will need to be completed by the Claims Department.

If you realize that you need to: Change Information Add Units or Injured Parties OR You get out of the Automated Workflow You can add or modify entries by clicking the appropriate Add link.
Submitting the Claim
Once you have verified that all information is correct, you are ready to hit Submit.
Just keep in mind, once a claim is submitted, no further updates are allowed. Additional information or edits will need to be directed to the adjuster or District Claim Office.
Click the Submit button.
Notice of Loss Confirmation
The Claim Summary Page summarizes everything you've entered for the claim:
The Notice of Loss Confirmation Page verifies that a claim number and a District Claims Office (DCO) have been assigned to the claim.
High level auto or property claim data Insured & Third Party Unit Descriptions Owners/Drivers of vehicles Injured Parties
An email with the loss notice will be sent to the agent. No paper copies will print in the county office. If desired, the agent can print the PDF and place it in the file.
Clicking OK will exit the Notice of Loss Confirmation Page and return you to the Claims Options page.

Claim Status
- “Open” means a claim has been submitted to the Claims Department for assignment.
- “New” means that a claim has NOT been submitted. This is an incomplete claim. It will need to be completed and submitted to the claims department.
- Click the arrow to proceed to the next field.

If needed, use the Contact Links to update contact information for the Insured and Third Parties from the Claim Summary Page. Click the arrow to move forward.
