Ukrainian Diamond OA Capacity CentrE
The Ukrainian Diamond Open Access Capacity Centre (UDOACC) is a national initiative that supports community-governed, non-profit scholarly publishing in Ukraine. As part of the EDCH, it brings together journals, editors, publishers, librarians, and researchers to strengthen diamond OA publishing. Its main objectives are to improve editorial quality and transparency, provide training and practical resources, support the use of publishing platforms and tools, and help Ukrainian diamond open access journals become more visible, sustainable, and better integrated into the European research landscape.

The National Diamond Open Access Expertise Centre is part of the program Strengthening Diamond Open Access in the Netherlands, funded by the Universities of the Netherlands (UNL) and launched by the Dutch Consortium of University Libraries (UKB) to reinforce and future-proof the national Diamond OA publishing landscape. Its mission is to professionalize the field of Diamond OA by being the central knowledge hub that connects and creates resources and events for editors, researchers, institutional publishers and service providers, librarians, policymakers and funders in the Netherlands.

Under the NARMA umbrella, the network brings together stakeholders in Diamond publishing of journals, books, and teaching materials. It organises webinars and training events, fosters dialogue with funders and research organisations, and runs joint development projects on technology, AI in editorial workflows, platform upgrades, and shared resources. By building expertise and collaboration, the network aims to enhance the quality, visibility, and sustainability of Diamond OA in Norway.

It focuses on improving conditions and support structures for not‑for‑profit open access journals, books, and platforms by facilitating collaboration, sharing best practices, and advocating for sustainable models of scholarly communication.

OpenEdition is a comprehensive digital infrastructure for open scholarly publishing in the humanities and social sciences, developed and operated by the OpenEdition Center. KoBSON
KoBSON (Consortium of Serbian Libraries for Coordinated Purchase) brings together major academic and national libraries in Serbia. Its main objectives are to optimize procurement of foreign scientific information, support the transition from paper to electronic publications, improve access to electronic resources, and promote domestic scientific publishing. KoBSON manages funding, negotiates licenses, monitors usage, and ensures broad access to scholarly materials for researchers and libraries across Serbia.

DOACH
Diamond Open Access CH (DOACH) offers reliable, highly visible and curated information about Diamond OA, its opportunities and significance. DOACH provides Swiss researchers and Diamond OA publishing practitioners with an overview of and access to available structures, tools, and services that improve and facilitate Diamond OA publishing according to established criteria and international standards.DOACH is run by Switzerland’s OJS Swiss Community of Practice – a long-standing working group comprising of all Swiss Universities that have an Institutional Publishing Service Provider (IPSPs): Universities of Basel, Bern, Fribourg, Geneva and Zürich.
