Adverbs of frequency describe how often an action occurs, such as "always," "usually," "sometimes," and "never". They are often placed before the main verb, but after the verb "to be" and after any auxiliary verbs. Adverbs of indefinite frequency (like "always," "sometimes," "often") go in the middle of the sentence, while definite adverbs of frequency (like "daily," "weekly," "annually") usually go at the end.
Examples
Subject + Adverb + Verb: "She often goes to the library".
