Inicio de mi formación
Mi dscurso pedagogico empiezzo a formularlo antes de ingresar a la normal de especialización. Yo era consciente de tenr la habilidad para transmitir de manera consciente, con firmesa pero sutil y con mucha paciencia diferntes saberes. Para mi el ser docente implicaba enseñar desde el amor, la pasión, con grandes expectativas. Hoy en día puedo decir que veía la pedagogía similar a como lo veía Pestalozzi.
La realidad del sistema educativo
El contexto social a nivel nacional al que nos enfrentabamos, yo, docente iniciando su formación, comienzo a identificar áreas de oportunidad dentro de los servicios, la falta de capaictación y opresión en el área de educación especial. La necesidad de mayores recursos y atención con mayor enfoque, hace que mi pedagogía se vuelva mas critica, objetiva, con mejores argumentos empapandome de manera autonoma sobre información para atender a mis alumnos. Relaciono esta parte de mi discurso pedagogico con Herbart
- La realidad de los servicios y las diferentes corrientes pedagogicas me dan visibilidad para poder tener autonomía, contar con criterio para procurar y mejorar la atención a mis alumnos con discapacidad.
Primera etapa
Si bien tendré la teória, podre investigar, contar con argumentos y une pedagógia con las herramientas intelectuales suficientes para brindar una educación de primer mundo, sin embargo, la practica crea una barrera al transmitir los saberes. Comienzo a empatizar con mis alumnos, a comprender sus necesidades de manera consciente, la forma en la que aprenden y las dificultades a las que se enfrentan en su vida diaria. Me vuelvo más consciente y con una ideologia más humanista, para preparar las clases y materiales de manera más especifica.
Educación Especial CAM
A pesar de ser grupos pequeños (menor a 15 alumnos) las condiciones, contextos y recursos con los que se cuentan, nos reperesentan grandes retos. Mi discurso se vuelve inclusivo e integrador, creativo, ingenioso y comprensible. La planeación, el currículum pasan a ser una herramienta que me brinda un respaldo, sin embargo, la práctica me llevará a diferentes resultados, resultados que no son los esperados, pero que serán la base para la adquisión de conocimientos. El ser controladora y querer mantener un orden dejan de ser parte de mi.
- Me inclino a la pedagogía de Montessori, aceptar el ritmo y estilo de aprendizaje de los alumnos, a partir de sus necesidades, procurando seguir el curriculum establecido pero con sus respectivas adecuaciones, usando la flexibilidad y mi autonomia docente.
Escuela General (Regular)
La diveresidad, los contextos son muy difernetes, sin embargo, los retos son similares. El estereotipo de educación general a educación especial pasa a ser algo vanal, donde comprendo que etiquetar y clasificar la pedagogia de un servicio educativo a otro no es más que un proceso legal y administrativo.. La enseñanza se centrara en el alumno, en sus contetos y en las necesidades, sin importar la condición o diagnosticos. Los retos, la pedagogia y uno como docente decidirá el camino por el cual guíar a los alumnos, tal como lo visualiza Freinet.
Maestra sombra
El ser maestra sombra, trabajar de manera particular con un solo alumno para brindarle las herramientas para alcanzar la autonomía y afrontar la vida de manera independiente, considero que es la pedagogía más centrada en el alumno que puede haber. Si bien, sigo basandome en Montessori, en que el alumno lleve su propio ritmo de aprendizaje, explore su entorno y se desarrolle en su propio entorno, contexto y experimente libremente, con mi guía y orientación. Se busca un respeto y dignidad, valorizando y reconociendo sus logros.
