HOW TO BUILD A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP?
Create a Kindness Chain
Write down a kind act that you can do for someone else. Pass the piece of paper to the person next to you, who will add another kind act to the list. Continue passing the papers around the group until everyone has had a chance to add to the chain. Once the chain is complete, have everyone take turns sharing the kind acts that they will commit to doing.
