La ética y la ley en la era digital
México enfrenta un crecimiento acelerado de delitos cibernéticos: robo de identidad, fraude digital, espionaje y manipulación de información mediante inteligencia artificial. Este proyecto integra una visión ética profesional y una propuesta legislativa moderna para fortalecer la ciberseguridad nacional, basándose en los códigos de la ACM, la UNESCO y los marcos normativos de la Unión Europea (UE).

La ingeniería informática y la inteligencia artificial requieren un marco ético sólido para garantizar su uso responsable. Este código busca orientar a los profesionales hacia la sostenibilidad, la equidad, la transparencia y la seguridad digital.

Esto dificulta la coordinación y respuesta ante ataques cibernéticos y delitos tecnológicos emergentes como el ransomware o los deepfakes.
