The EFNEP Non-Educational Contacts Database
Non-Educational Contact Data Entry:
- Non-Educational Contacts
- Recruitment Contacts i.e. program partners or potential program partners who you have contacted to recruit for your programs
- Not volunteers – you will record your volunteers in TAMED
- This information is used in several important ways including
- WebNEERS reports
- Tracking contacts over time
- Record of contacts for past employees
- All EFNEP employees are required to report their non-educational contacts into EFNEP Howdy Health
Logging In:
- Step 1
- Email Julie Ommert at the EFNEP State Office to request access to Howdy Health; cc your Agent
- julie.ommert@ag.tamu.edu
- Step 2
- Log in following the instructions sent to you by Howdy Health
- Username = AgriLife email address

Adding a Contact:
- From the home page select “ADD CONTACT”
Adding a Contact:
Name of Program Partner Organization
- Complete all information
- Don’t forget to click “SAVE“
- If you do not complete a required field, you will not be able to save the contact.

Site Address
Any information educator or agent need to remember about this partnership (results of contact, etc.) Recommend adding if contact resulted in program being conducted.
Site Types:
- Site Types are data entered into our annual WebNEERS Reports
- Drop down menu reflects the options loaded into WebNEERS
Option to choose “Other Site Type” – must specify
