Purpose

What it Means: The goal of your thinking. GBS Example: Are you fixing a process issue or a policy issue?

Questions

What it Means: The problem you're trying to solve. GBS Example: “Why are ticket resolution times delayed?”

Assumptions

What it Means: Things you believe without checking. GBS Example: Assuming all teams understand a KPI the same way.

Point of View

What it Means: The perspective you're using. GBS Example: Looking at it from the distributor’s vs. compliance view.

Information

What it Means: The data or facts you use. GBS Example: Using my Support data and user feedback.

Concepts

What it Means: The ideas or principles behind your thinking. GBS Example: Understanding “customer centricity” in GBS.

Inferences

What it Means: The conclusions you draw. GBS Example: Thinking a shared mailbox is causing missed messages.

Implications

What it Means: The results or effects of your decision. GBS Example: A policy change might increase ticket volume.
