• Metrics for AgriLife Federal Report
• Impact by State Congressional District
• Commissioners Court Reports
• Outreach by Educator, County, District and Region
• Overall Agency Production

All of these affect Extension funding!

LOGGING IN

TAMED users will login at tamed.tamu.edu Using their single sign on (SSO) username and password.

CREATING A PROFILE

• After logging in the first time, you will be asked to create a profile.
• Nutrition Educators should select “Agent/Specialist” as their User Level since you do direct education for EFNEP.
• Agents should select “Administrative Staff” as their User Level to see and run reports for their NEA’s entries.

ENTERING DATA - EFNEP EDUCATORS

Educators will enter both monthly educational contacts and volunteers into TAMED, as well as any promotional activities – such as attending health fairs or presenting what we offer as EFNEP to a group.

Planned Educational =

• EFNEP classes, includes volunteer information

Promotional/Indirect Education =

• health fairs or other large recruitment events such as presentations to multiple teachers/PE coaches

LANDING PAGE ONCE LOGGED INTO TAMED.

Options include:

• Add Activity
• View/Edit Activities
• Plans/Planned Events
• Reports
• Access to tutorials, FAQs, and a Help Desk

Clicking on “Add Activity”

You can choose the method of contact. NEA’s will focus on -

• “Planned Educational”
• “Promotional/Indirect Education”
