Legal Escalations

In this training we will cover: Legal Escalation Triggers How to process a Legal Escalation

A Legal Escalation occurs when a member in any form of communication mentions a concern or reports a Legal Escalation Trigger, which are listed under Tier 4 in the Global Safety Alert Guidelines.

If at any point the caller references danger, ask them if they have called 911. If they have not, tell them to hang up and dial 911 so law enforcement can assist them further.
