Setting up your GL codes, taxes, and service charges are optional, and therefore, not required to begin setting up your inventory structure.

Think of your organization's current inventory management structure: Do you have a rate sheet, event manifest, or any similar documentation in place? If so, that is likely the structure you want to use within the software.
Send Avails Slider
- Select a date range.
- Choose which days to include (e.g., Friday and Saturday).
- Decide whether to show details and times.
- Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the list.
- Paste it into an email or messaging platform to share instantly.
Click to open the Export Avails View slider where you can export the avails view as a PDF
