TRATAMIENTO
He escogido un paciente con un tumor en la mama izquierda
POSICIONAMIENTO E INMOVILIZACIÓN
- El paciente se colocará en decúbito supino, utilizando un dispositivo de inmovilización que asegurela colocación de los brazos en abdución, y externamente rotados por encima de la cabeza y con la cabeza girada hacia el lado contralateral
MARCAS DE POSICIÓN
El paciente se alineará tomando como referencias la escotadura esternal y la apófisis xifoides y, lateralmente, la línea axilar media derecha e izquierda.
LÍMITES CT
- El estudio TAC debe abarcar toda la zona de tratamiento, desde el ángulo de la mandíbula hasta la apófisis xifoides, lo que permite incluir la región supraclavicular en caso de afectación de ganglios.
