Set the mood

Start by ensuring your workspace is clean, organized, and free from distractions. Power on your computer and confirm a stable internet connection. Open all necessary applications, and have your headset and notepad ready for calls and notes.

  • Ensure your login credentials are readily accessible.
  • Confirm that your browser is updated for optimal performance.

Login to Avaya

  • Launch the Avaya phone system.
  • Enter your station ID (extension) and password.
  • Click "Sign In."
  • Change your status to "ready" in order to receive calls.

Humana Provider Website

  • Open your web browser and navigate to the Provider Website.
  • Use the member’s ID and date of birth for the most accurate search results.
  • Utilize general lookup options if needed.

Logging into Altitude

  • Open the Altitude application from your desktop or browser.
  • Select the correct server (inbound or outbound) as directed by your supervisor.
  • Enter your Avaya ID and extension.
