The Sacramento and Sierra Regional Convening is designed to strengthen CDSS HHD program outcomes by developing cross-community relationships, strengthening local program partnerships, and driving continuous quality improvement (CQI) across grantees in the Sacramento and Sierra region.

Regional Convening

A group of people who share a common interest or profession and collaborate regularly to learn from each other, solve problems, and improve their skills and knowledge in their domain.

A planned gathering of stakeholders, practitioners, and experts from specific geographical areas who come together to share knowledge, discuss common challenges, exchange best practices, and collaborate on solutions.
