Navigating the Elite Calendar
What you should know:
The Calendar page in Momentus Elite includes five tabs—Month, Grid, Day, Function (for Elite Pro and Premier), and Avails—each offering different ways to view and manage events.
Click the options below to learn about five Calendar view options.
Click each tab in the menu to explore views
In the Month View, events are organized by space and day, showing all events scheduled throughout the month. This view is ideal for arenas, stadiums, and other venues with multiple events per day.

The Grid View shows rooms vertically and days horizontally, providing a clear view of room availability. You can display 1–42 days at a time, making it ideal for venues like museums or convention centers with multiple daily events.

The Day View displays each hour in columns, giving a detailed look at a room’s daily schedule. It allows staff to view all events and details for the day—ideal for venues managing multiple events on the same date.

The Function View gives a detailed view of daily activities, showing rooms by row and time by column. It focuses on function usage rather than space bookings and is available in Elite Pro and Premier. Time increments can be customized in Display Options.

Avails View is used by bookers and staff to share venue availability. In addition to the monthly Avails calendar, users can create a text list showing a chosen date range, specific days, and event times, with the option to edit before sharing.
