Eploy × Lily | Switch Lily On

Lily is an innovative tool on the market and will dramatically support with reducing time it takes to screen suitable candidates for a role. So as well as providing a great candidate experience, it will also reduce time that recruiters will be doing telephone screening.

I would advise that a recruiter will still be involved and they will still have ultimate say over candidate screening. All of the pre-screening used by Lilly can be tailored towards their requirements. It will just help with the initial volumes that they experience in screening candidates initially.

At the moment AI is a very hot topic in the recruitment market and a lot of ATS providers are working with AI and have a lot of innovative tools to do that. I think Lily supports us with taking that step into AI and having a tool that can really support their recruitment processes as an established tool that already exists on the market.

I work a lot with customers in the care sector and they are looking to dramatically reduce the amount of time it takes to initially screen candidates. They are in a very competitive market and struggle to do pre-screens quick enough before competitors that candidates might have applied to. I think Lilly will be able to support them to identify the top performing candidates so that they can approach them fast and to prioritise their application.

Lily and the Lily team overcome the objections of losing the human touch in recruitment. I appreciate that there is still human intervention included but some customers are tentative to explore Lily because they don't want to lose the candidate experience of speaking to a physical team member.

2. Most businesses want to adopt AI for efficiency, but worry about losing the human touch. How would you overcome that objection?

1. You have got 30 seconds to explain to a hiring manager what Lily does and the benefits to their business. What would you say?

3. When you are up against Eploy's competitors, what is the most common objection you hear and how do you think Lily could help you overcome it?

4. Think of one live or recent deal where Lily could help you win faster. Who is it, and what difference would Lily make?

5. Finish this sentence. After Tuesday's session, I would feel totally confident talking about Lily if I knew, blank?

Lily is an AI-driven recruitment tool that streamlines the hiring process by automating candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, ultimately saving time and reducing costs for businesses.x

I would explain that, yes, there will be an element of AI that they will need to embrace. However, they will still get a grade per candidate that they can then reach out to. So they still do get the human element. It is just the initial sifting phase, which can be a benefit because it then lets that hiring manager or that recruiter prepare for who they're speaking to.

The most common objection being that we don't have a lot of AI available and Lilly being an AI sifting platform kind of bridges the gap.

Lilly to healthcare. They talk about wanting to implement AI and have a smoother recruitment process, which Lilly can offer.
