We use the present perfect to talk about life experiences. We need the auxiliaries have or has and the past partciple of the verb

I, WE, YOU, THEY = HAVE /´VE HE, SHE , IT = HAS / ´S

Ever and never

"ever" is used in questions to ask about life experiences up to the present, while "never" is used in affirmative statements to say something has not happened at any time

You must not use "never" with a negative verb form, such as "I haven't never been...".
