Each lead consultant can serve up to 50 firms, with no more than 13 of those being at the Integrated Service level. We aim to keep a personalized touch on all cases, so we believe strongly in making sure our caseloads support that goal.

The majority of our firms are SEC registered with between $100M-$500M in AUM.

How we do it...

Each month a ICA Connection is delievered via email to the Firm's CCO. In this distribution, is a CCO Checklist, which is a roadmap for firms describing all tasks that should be completed during the month.

We do not limit calls for firms at any level of service, but for firms at the Fundamental and Integrated level, standing calls are included. Fundamental level clients typically meet with ICA every other week. Integrated level clients typically meet with ICA once per month.

ICA partners with Greenboard and many of our firms are on the platform. Greenboard centralizes major compliance processes: tasks, preclearance, attestation, personal security transactions, and more. You will learn more about this platform in the weeks to come.
