- In questo corso, esplorerai cosa significa essere un membro attivo, informato e responsabile della tua comunità e della società in generale.
- Nel mondo di oggi, la cittadinanza attiva è più importante che mai. Va oltre il semplice voto alle elezioni: implica tenersi informati, esprimersi su questioni importanti, partecipare alle attività della comunità e chiedere conto ai leader delle loro azioni. Che tu sia interessato alla giustizia sociale, alla protezione dell'ambiente, all'istruzione o alla salute pubblica, la tua voce e le tue azioni possono fare la differenza.

Obiettivi Formativi
- Introdurre il concetto di “cittadinanza attiva” e i suoi principi e valori fondamentali.
- Sottolineare l'importanza del voto per il mantenimento delle società democratiche e per rendere la cittadinanza attiva una realtà della pratica quotidiana.
- Familiarizzare gli studenti con i concetti di democrazia partecipativa e processo decisionale come strumenti più significativi a disposizione dei cittadini europei per prendere iniziative e proporre leggi in materia di politiche che incidono sulla loro vita.
- Sottolineare il ruolo dell'istruzione nella cittadinanza attiva.

- La cittadinanza attiva europea si riferisce alla partecipazione dei cittadini alla vita civica e democratica dell'Unione europea (UE), sia a livello nazionale che europeo. Si tratta di essere attivamente coinvolti nella definizione delle società in cui viviamo, non solo attraverso il voto, ma anche partecipando ad azioni comunitarie, dibattiti pubblici, volontariato e attività di tutela dei diritti e promozione civica in un contesto europeo.

Qual è il ruolo del Genitore/Tutore?
Il ruolo dei genitori o dei tutori è fondamentale nello sviluppo della cittadinanza attiva europea tra i bambini. I genitori sono spesso i primi e più influenti insegnanti nella vita di un bambino e contribuiscono a gettare le basi per i valori, gli atteggiamenti e i comportamenti che sostengono la cittadinanza attiva. Possono farlo:
