What do you need to do?
As of 10/7/25:In order to provide better service while you're out, our DTO CLs have asked for the following 3 questions when requesting coverage Please add these to your facility snapshots and make sure you send over the answers in your in your DTO requests moving forward. Please be sure to send all coverage notes/forms at LEAST 2 business days prior to being OOO+ If you need to meet with DTO CL, please make sure to meet no later than 2 days before OOO, so they have time to ask questions and you have time to answer
