THIS IS YOUR STORY: You’ve been called in to visit Metro Warehouse, a large facility that ships out products to local stores. The manager, Ms. Lopez, says the team isn’t meeting deadlines, mistakes keep happening, and morale is low. YOUR JOB: talk to the workers, find out what’s going wrong, and make recommendations to fix it.
