A voice whispers from the Emergency Department. It claims Ms. Dermis, 85, lives with her cats. She's had RLQ pain for 3 days, has not been eating or drinking much and has been spending much of her time in her recliner! She is being admitted for acute appendicitis and needs surgery. The ghost of skin issues is present.. but its memories are fragmented. Choose carefully: only one answer will awaken the echo of the past.

After responding to the voice which says, "do it within 4 hours", a Rover captures a photo of something that shouldn't be there. The silhouette of a left forearm skin tear (which she says is from Mr. Snugglebritches the Tabby) and a wound to her sacram with some dermis missing. The picture seems clearer... but it still doesn't remember...

The bed alarm goes off as you log roll Ms. Dermis to perform wound care. You've placed a wound care order using the Shallow Wound Algorithm. Another voice echoes again, clearer, more human. "Remember to initiate Skin Protocol!"
