1.- ¿Qué son las tecnologías digitales? R: son herramientas, dispositivos electrònicos y sistemas que utilizan el procesamiento, almacenamiento y transmisiòn de datos.

2.- ¿Quiènes la usan? R: son utilizadaspor diversas personas de todo el mundo desde estudiantes, maestros, profesionales, empresas, hasta usuarios particulares.

3.- ¿Còmo las utilizan? R: las tecnologìas digitales se utilizan para mùltiples fines: comunicaciòn, educaciòn, trabajo, entretenimiento. Se accede a ellas mediante dispositivos como computadoras, telèfono mòvil, etc.

4.- ¿Còmo te ves a ti como educador fìsico utilizando las tecnologìas digitales en el àmbito profesional? R: puedo aprovechar las tecnologìas digitales para registrar, planificar y evaluar el desempeño de los alumnos utilizando aplicaciones especìficas de ejercicio y de salud, asì como tambièn puedo emplear videoconferencia para impartir clases a distancia, o implementar el uso de la realidad virtual para generar una experiencia diferente para los alumnos
