When a provider submits a profile, it is sent through a variety of filters that have been determined to be potential rejection triggers.
If content in the profile does not trigger a filter the profile is auto approved and goes live on the site immediately. Profiles that are auto approved are then routed to the “Auto Approved Provider Profiles” queue for final review.
If content in the profile triggers a filter the Profile is routed to queue as normal for manual approval and remains in the pending state awaiting status selection in CSR.

Scanning the text is done by:
Scan each provider profile, looking for information that requires editing or a status selection change
Overlook some words by skimming, scanning, and skipping material according to your reading purpose
Keep in mind the list of information you are looking for
Not reading every word
Your aim is to look for specific pieces of information
Editing a Provider Profile
Do Not EditCapitalization Errors Spelling errors Grammar, spacing or punctuation errors
Working the queue
While scanning a provider profile you will also be looking for information that requires editing or a status selection change based on existing provider guidelines.
Select the dropdown menu to change the status if necessary, to meet guidelines
If prompted, enter status notes according to existing guidelines
