I study english in the morning and then I practice yoga for 30 minutes.

On monday afternoon, I read a book but I dont'n watch tv.
I go for a short walk at 6 p.m and then I cook dinner.
I go to bed at 10 p.m and then I mediatate for ten minutes.

I wake up at 6 a.m and then I drink a glass of water.
On Tuesday morning, I eat breakfast and I review my notes for school
I watch a movie at 8 p.m and then I prepare my bag for wednesday
I take a 20 minutes nap in the afternoon but I dont sleep too long.

On wednesday evening, I call my friend but I dont stay on the phone too long

I do a short workout in the morning and then I eat a healthy breakfast.I go to bed 11 p.m and then I read for 15 minutes.

I study math in the afternoon I practique piano for 45 minutes.

I relax at 9 p.m and then I plan fridays activities

I meditate in the morning and then I have breakfast with my family.

On thursday afternoon, I do homework but I dont skip lunch.

I jog in the morning and then I take a shower.On friday afternoon, I finish my assignments and I call my family.

I watch tv but I dont cat junk food...I write a diary at 10 p.m and the I meditate ..

I sleep in the morning and the I go for a walk with my pet

I study a new hobby at 4 p.m and then I practice drawing. I go bed at 10 p.m and then I read a book ..

On saturday afternoo, I clean my room and I listen to musica.

I practice yoga in the morning and the I have a healthy breakfast ..I go for bike ride at 5 p.m and the I prepare dinner..I prepare for monday at 8 p.m. and the I meditate for 10 minutes.
