Graduation Pathway information can be found within Power School Using the Future Ready Roadmaps Log into PS and Choose the Powerteacher Pro

Navigate to the Students Panel

Choose the learner Open the drop down menu and choose Power Teacher Portal

Once in the Portal you can use the drop down menu to select Future Ready Roadmaps where all Graduation tracking information can be found.

Cohorts

Finding a Cohort will use similar steps as Graduation Pathways. Navigate to the Future Ready Roadmap. Choose the Graduation Tracking Tab and Scroll down to Cohort information.

Demographic Information

Demographics can be found in Power School as well! From the Power Teacher Pro, Select Students, and from the drop down menu choose Demographics

Specially Designed Instruction

Specially Designed Instruction or SDI's can be found under the learners Profile Page. Look for the IEP icon under Flags: When you click on the IEP button the learner's list of SDI can be found there. If you scroll down to the bottom of the SDI list you can also dowload a copy of the entire IEP. The SDI will be listed under the Special Education/Related Services section of the IEP.

If SDI are not listed under the Flag, that could mean the IEP was transferred from a previous school district. In these instances, please reach out to the learner's Special Education Case Manager and they will send a snip or PDF of the current SDI

Call Merging in Zoom

Sometimes caretakers will request to be dialed into the meeting. The following steps will help you merge Calls into the meeting

Step 1 > Open zoom meeting and find the Participants tab Step2> Click on the caret and choose Invite... Step3> Choose zoom phone option and dial the number of the person you are trying to contact

Step4> yOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO SWITCH YOUR AUDIO FROM THE MEETING TO THE CALL- CLICK CONTINUE sTEP 5> tHE CALL WILL DIAL OUT AND YOU WILL SEE AN OPTION TO "COMPLETE THE MEETING INVITE" HOWEVER IT WILL BE GREY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLICK IT sTEP6> WHEN THE CARETAKER ANSWERS THE CALL THIS OPTION WILL TURN BLUE AND ALLOW YOU TO MERGE THE CALL INTO THE ZOOM MEETING. ,

STEP7> tHE CARETAKER WILL SHOW UP IN THE pARTICIPANTS WAITING ROOM OF THE ZOOM MEETING. sTEP8> ADMIT THE CARETAKER AND REMEMBER TO JOIN THE MEETING AUDIO.
