Steps:
Notify the captain or purser using established code or call procedure
The captain relays information to ground authorities
Observe behaviors carefully
Ground teams meet the aircraft to intervene safely
Remember to:
Keep notes: seat numbers, flight number, behavior, descriptions.
Maintain confidentiality — do not discuss with other passengers.
Prioritize safety: never physically intervene.
