Does anyone have tips on how to look good-feel good?
Alex's Blog
Hey everyone! Lately, I've been feeling a bit tired and not very confident about the way I look. A friend told me that if you take care of yourself, you start feeling better inside and out, so I really want to give it a try.I’ve been wondering if small changes in my daily routine could help me feel more positive and confident. So I'd be grateful If some of you can share some.

Hey bro, I get what you´re saying here, but it is honestly really simple...
I’ve felt like that too, but one day my sister told me that being confident isn’t about being perfect, it’s just about feeling good with yourself. She said that even small stuff, like getting a new haircut or wearing your favorite shirt, can really change your mood. And honestly, she was so right when you like how you look, everything feels easier. Hope this helps, see ya!
Greetings Alex! I'm a dermatologist and let me share something with you...
A lot of men tend to think that doing skincare is useless or something more feminine, I hope you don't, If you already have a routine, you should check if it really matches your skin type. Many people use random products without knowing whether they’re good for them or not. If you don't, but want to, start with gentle cleansers and moisturizers, and don’t forget sunscreen! It makes a big difference in your appearance and your confidence!
Hey man! I'm Luis and I got something to tell you.
If you start working out regularly, you’ll notice how much your confidence grows, trust me! I have been going to the gym for over two years now, and It has taught me a lot of stuff and helped me in many ways... Exercise helps not only your body but also your mind, it makes you feel strong and focused. You want to feel better about yourself too, don’t you? Just remember, consistency is the key. Once you see progress, you’ll never want to stop! I started with this routine, I really hope you can give it a try! If you're from Monterrey I can tell you about some gyms or we could go together!
Hello there Alex! Here's my advice
If you sleep well, you feel much better the next day! ✨ Seriously, if your body doesn’t rest, you look tired and your mood gets worse. Try to go to bed early and drink lots of water, it always helps me! If you´re a student like me, prioritizing sleep is a game-changer honestly.
