Shadow in Chunks: Play the audio, but pause after a short phrase, and then repeat. Repeat at Speed: Once you feel more comfortable, play the audio at normal speed and try to speak at the same time as the recording. Focus on Sound: Concentrate less on the meaning of every word and more on copying the speaker's tone and rhythm.

Select Audio: Choose a short, clear recording (e.g., a podcast or news clip). Listen First: Listen a few times without repeating to grasp the general meaning.
