Defintition: A condition that your body has that makes your eyes close for several hours and relaxes your muscles. How to Improve: Create a Bedtime Routine. Limit Screen time. Make sleep environment comfortable. Be active during the day.
Stress Management
Defintion: Techniques and strategies designed to help people cope and reduce negative effects on stress. Examples: Yoga, Meditating, Staying Organized, Physical Activites. How to improve: Use a stress ball to squeeze. Go on a walk everyday. Get enough sleep.
