LASER PROGRAM
At Arauco, we believe that a zero-incident rating is not just a goal but an achievable reality.
ARAUCO
The LASER program is a company-wide initiative designed to bring focus to developing safety behaviors and awareness towards hazard recognition for all employees that work within a mill.
LASER is a process for all situations. Routine or non-routine. Therefore prior to beginning any task we encourage everyone to Stop, Pause, and take two minutes to review, identify, and document all potential hazards within a task before starting.

Are there permits that are required to complete the job? Do you need assistance? Keep your coworkers informed of where you are working and what you are doing. If you are unsure about what is needed do not start the task. Get help with the task if you are unfamiliar.
