Report Enhancements
Client-Facing Bug Fixes + System Updates
- Morningstar Service Agreement has been updated and replaces the old agreement. The new agreement is downloadable on the participant's Investment Allocations page.
- New Jotform link for participants to request a check replacement– We now have a quick and easy way for ppts to request a replacement check instead of calling or emailing CE. Utilize the new Jotform to request distribution/loan check stoppage and reissuance. This will only appear on distros/loans in COMPLETED status.
- Distribution Check Request page now displaying new language - to eliminate ppts throwing away mail from an unknown sender, a reminder will now display when a distro is requested that tells the requestor that the check will come from their Custodian and not Ubiquity or their employer.
Client-Facing Bug Fixes + System Updates - con't
- Set-up or Changing Password Improvement - CE has received over 2000+ cases re: log-in issues. To improve client's experience when logging in, the system has now been improved re: the password requirements - min requirement will now be 12 characters (16 for system admins) with 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase and 1 special character. Also, there is now an eyeball icon to view your unmasked password.
- New Status alert for TPA controlled Distros - the prior status bar did not display any info re: the distro awaiting action by the plan's TPA. The status bar will now display "Awaiting TPA Approval" as the current status if the distro is pending the TPA's approval, to make the ppts aware of any delay in processing.
- TPA Controlled Distros - improvement to reminder emails - CE reports many client complaints about distro processing delays due to awaiting action from the plan's TPA. To try and resolve this delay, the TPA will now receive the "Action Required" email every 7 days until they take action on the pending distro.
Report Enhancements
These 3 reports were released in an earlier Release Cycle, but have now been improved to include the plan name when the report is generated.
- If these reports are being used by an Advisor or TPA with multiple plans, the report didn't reflect which plan name the report was associated with:
- Eligible Employees
- Eligible Not Participating
- Employees Eligible Soon
These reports are updated each day at 4am, so if a sponsor updates their census, the user must wait until 4am the next day to see these reports displaying the most up-to-date information.

Report Enhancements
These 3 reports were released in an earlier Release Cycle, but have now been improved to include the plan name when the report is generated.
