To begin creating a new order, choose one of the options below: follow the Custom-Crafted or Performance-Based workflow to create a Pending or Active order, or use the Draft Order workflow to quickly create a new draft order.

Quick Create Draft Orders

Draft orders require less details upfront than a new order. You can create a single draft order or up to 10 for each month.

Job Information

Based on the selected topic, different fields may appear. If the topic contains “567”, it will display performance-based fields. Topics without “567” are considered custom-crafted and will show a different set of fields tailored to that format.

Mailer Info

If the client is interested in using direct mail as part of their custom-crafted campaign, enter a quantity greater than 0 and select a mailer format. This will reveal additional configuration options for the campaign. If the client does not want mailers, then leave the quantity as 0.

LeadJig Services

This is where you can select additional services for the client, such as including a digital budget for Facebook advertisements. Digital can be used alongside mailers, for example. You will also need to select the appropriate Leadjig users to adhere to the campaign.

Digital Ads

This section will only appear if you added a digital budget in the "LeadJig Services" section. Until you add a budget, there will be an "X" instead of a number four (4) by the Digital Ads section.

Events

You can add as many events as you need to based on the client's booking. These details will not only be used to construct the LeadJig campaign, but the advertisements associated with the campaign.

Critical Dates

For custom-crafted campaigns, critical dates represent key milestones - specific dates by which an order should progress or an action should occur to ensure the campaign remains on schedule.

Campaign Pricing

At this stage, you'll have a final overview of the campaign pricing, along with the option to create pricing adjustments if needed. Please note that you can also apply pricing adjustments after completing the order wizard, if necessary.

Mailer Info

Because this is a performance-based order, the Mailer Info section will be skipped. This section is only relevant to custom-crafted orders that are using mailers.

LeadJig Services

This is where you will need to select the appropriate Leadjig User for the Advisor if not already selected. This is required for Digital to create a LeadJig campaign. If the LeadJig User has already been selected for the Advisor, this section will be skipped.

Digital Ads

Because this is a performance-based order, the Digital Ads section will be skipped. This section is only relevant to custom-crafted orders that have a digital budget.
