We will compile a list of necessary documents detailing their required validity and legalization to ensure the successful completion of your application.

We will review all documentation to ensure your application complies with all Court requirements.

• Initial Petition Preparation and Submission

We will prepare the procedural document necessary to initiate the recognition process.

• Process Monitoring and Communication

We will oversee the proceedings at the competent Portuguese Court to ensure smooth progress.

• Our legal fee for this service is 1300€ + VAT (if applicable)

Lexidy Fees:

FEE information

• Additionally, there is a Court fee of 306€.

• We will charge an upfront fee of €50 per applicant to cover potential incurred expenses. This ensures that any costs arising during the process are managed efficiently.

Civil Registry Fees and Incurred Expenses

• Lexidy has a Partnership Department and would gladly assist you with legalization of documents and it's translations.

Note:

Timeline

• The process is expected to take between 12-24 months.
