The policy cycle is the framework that describes how policies are developed. Example: Youth tobacco control, went from understanding health risks to regulating youth smoking rates.

Decision Analysis

Decision analysis is an approach to making informed choices by evaluating options and outcomes. Example: Evaluating the effectiveness of mass vacinations campaigns.
