Resident Assistant

Description:
Working as a resident assistant was one of the most challenging yet rewarding adventures of my life. I got to help young adults navigate the ups and downs during one of the most important times in their lives. I organized events that were educational and fun, helping connect students to resources and experiences not only on campus, but around Chicago. I worked with other RA's to provide support for residents. I developed my crisis-management skills during on-call shifts and learned how and where to receive support.
