During the latter half of my social service i was unofficially in charge of my fellow servicepeople due to both of them being newer than me to the position, one of the harder weeks we went through had us take on a post with 1500 comments that needed to be replied to. This was a complex ask since our weekly average was around 1300, we had to effectively add an extra day of work inside of of our week without adding extra hours or people. I called them both into a teams meeting and we started brainstorming, after some discussion we had divided the post into three parts: emoji answers that our newest member was in charge of, simple responses that was divided evenly between me and the second newest member, and complex responses, which i was in charge of. At the end of the week we had hit 1800 responses all due to teamwork and communication

Who am I?
I'm a recently graduated psychologist from UNITEC with a distinction of excellence from the CENEVAL, i have experience in administration, counseling, psychotherapy, accounting, sales and parts sourcing, I'm also a voracious reader, lifelong student of the world, tea enjoyer, baker and musician.
How does any of this connect to pep+?
My wide experience with people of all walks of life has given me a more people-cented approach to problem solving, you cannot rely on cultural assumptions or equal experiences when you work with as many people as those involved in just the making of a single product, listening and leveraging the unique skills of every person is the most effective way to get things done.
