Communication - Collaboration Creativity - Critical thinking
Communication
Communication is at the center of everything we do. Technology allows students to express ideas, listen to others, and connect beyond the classroom.
EXAMPLES
- Students record short video reflections in Flip to share what they learned.
- We use Seesaw to send messages and showcase student work to families.
- During group projects, students use Google Docs to share and edit ideas in real time.

Collaboration
Collaboration teaches students how to work with others respectfully and productively. Technology opens new ways for this to happen.
EXAMPLES
- Partner activities in Jamboard or Padlet for brainstorming.
- Group slide decks in Google Slides for shared presentations.
- Peer feedback sessions using Seesaw or Flipgrid.

Creativity
Creativity allows students to show what they know in ways that reflect their personalities and strengths.
EXAMPLES
- Digital storytelling with Book Creator or Canva.
- Creating class podcasts or simple videos to demonstrate understanding.
- Designing digital posters or infographics during science or social studies units.

Critical Thinking
Critical thinking helps students question, analyze, and make sense of the information they encounter online.
