- Utilizar herramientas digitales, programas y entornos que faciliten el aprendizaje y favorezcan la adquisición de habilidades, destrezas y conocimientos relacionados con la salud.
- Despertar el interés y dominar estrategias para acceder a la información de manera segura, precisa, potenciando su razonamiento y su afán de conocimiento.
- Desarrollar actitudes de uso responsable de las nuevas tecnologías
- Diferenciar los comportamientos que caracterizan el uso normal (control)y el abuso (pérdida de control) de las TICs.
- Tomar conciencia de la importancia de un sano equilibrio entre vida digital y física.
- Transmitir un conocimiento detallado de las ventajas y desventajas que tienen las tics, reforzando la idea de un uso adecuado y ajustado a la edad.
- Potenciar el conocimiento de lo que implica la identidad digital y su impacto en nuestra vida futura .

- Fomentar valores como el esfuerzo, el trabajo en equipo, el respeto y la amistad.

- Ofrecer a todo el alumnado las mismas oportunidades, adaptándonos a sus ritmos personales y a sus capacidades, para desarrollar plenamente hábitos saludables .
- Conocer, reflexionar y potenciar la formación de estilos de vida saludables con vista a una nueva cultura en salud en los alumnos, docentes, familias y comunidad.

- Concienciar de la importancia de una alimentación saludable.
- Promover el consumo de más frutas y verduras como alimentos saludables
- Enseñar a diferenciar alimentos saludables y no saludables y la frecuencia con la que deben consumirse cada uno de ellos
- Acercar conceptos como forma, textura y sabores en las frutas y verduras a través de la manipulación y degustación de estas en las propias aulas.
- Involucrar a las familias como principales responsables de la alimentación de los más pequeños.
- Acercar al alumnado a la agricultura, como fuente de frutas y hortalizas,a través del huerto escolar del centro.
- Impulsar el respecto por el Medio Ambiente.
- Generar oportunidades de reflexión crítica hacia estereotipos sexistas en hábitos de alimentación .
- Promover hábitos saludables y el bienestar físico y mental.
