Fantasy Writing

Fantasy writing is a kind of storytelling where magic, imagination, and the impossible become real. These stories often take place in another world or in a version of our world with magical twists. Common fantasy themes are courage, friendship, or good versus evil.

World-building is when an author creates a new world for their story.

Magic is the special power that makes fantasy worlds different from our world.

A Quest is a journey or mission that the main character goes on to solve a problem.

The Hero is the main character, and the Villain is their opponent.
