Meetings and Announcements
Team Huddle / Announcements and activities.
Weekly Communication
Weekly Huddles with the teams (process topics, guideline reminders, motivation, training, refreshers).
Send metrics to the team (UPH/QA) (Thursdays and Mondays).
Send weekly distribution (distro) to QA (Mondays).
Stakeholder Meeting (weekly, only applicable for Results).
US-CR Management Meeting (Mondays).

Individual and Leadership Sessions:
1:1 Sessions with each agent individually (once a month).
1:1 Sessions with FLM (Taura Linton).
QA Calibration.
EDS Leadership Lunch & Learn.
HR Management and Recognition:
HR Touchpoints.
Send the Bonus/Incentive Performance email to the team (at the beginning of the month).
Recognitions (Employee of the Month/Bravo).
Send the Performance Bonus winners email to the team.
Enter the bonus/Bravo winners' data in Workday (WD) and Bravo points.
Team Engagement Activities:
Engagement Huddles (Motivational: birthdays, holidays, work anniversaries, personal achievements, etc.).
Reports and Central Meetings:
Update the Monthly Report (PPT). Attend the Monthly KPI Results Meeting.
