HR Management and Recognition:

HR Touchpoints. Send the Bonus/Incentive Performance email to the team (at the beginning of the month). Recognitions (Employee of the Month/Bravo). Send the Performance Bonus winners email to the team. Enter the bonus/Bravo winners' data in Workday (WD) and Bravo points.

Team Engagement Activities:

Engagement Huddles (Motivational: birthdays, holidays, work anniversaries, personal achievements, etc.).

Reports and Central Meetings:

Update the Monthly Report (PPT). Attend the Monthly KPI Results Meeting.
