Resource Toolkit
During our company-wide rebrand, I developed a Resource Toolkit that provided our customers with easy access to the latest training materials. This initiative effectively ensured that they received up-to-date and relevant information. Before the rebrand, I managed our LMS, which housed all of our training courses. During the migration process, budget cuts led to the loss of our LMS. Recognizing the critical role customer education plays in retention, I took the initiative to design and launch a comprehensive training toolkit using Google Sites.

At Science Interactive, I manage four distinct knowledge bases, ensuring all content remains accurate and up to date. When we launched our new platform, I built the student and staff knowledge bases from the ground up.
Once our new interface was launched, I utilized our Zendesk Help Center as our LMS for training courses. This integration streamlined access, making it exceptionally easy for users to locate and engage with the training content.

I lead a team of five at Science Interactive, where I built our implementation program from the ground up. I designed scalable systems and learning tools, launched a new customer management platform, rebranded processes during a company migration, and created on-demand training that significantly improved onboarding efficiency.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in learning design across a variety of roles, blending education, technology, and user experience. As a teacher, I developed engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that effectively supported student learning through evidence-based instructional methods. At SchoolStatus, I designed modular, self-paced courses and built a thriving user community within our LMS. Currently at Science Interactive, I’ve created a comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning program from the ground up, built and maintained our knowledge base, produced on-demand training videos, and implemented automations within our customer management system to improve efficiency and user experience.
