YOU FUCKING DIED

You died for one reason or another, and countless numbers of your friends will too. Other animals will go extinct just like you, and though the humans did nothing but further it, someday they will remember you and wish they had done things differently.

CAPTURED

Well, you didn't die, but you were picked up by an ornithologist. You have a good life, but for reasons humans will never know, you don't breed well in captivity. Though you survived, your species will eventually die, and your being removed from the population only furthered that.

You actually lived

Despite the various challenges, you lived to another day. The next day will be filled with different challenges, and eventually you will perish with the rest of your species. Today however, you survive, though no fanfare awaits you.
