  • Post Secondary FBLA Meeting
  • Held Resume writing, elevated pitch development, and LinkedIn.
  • Next meeting with be on Financial Literacy on Oct. 29.
  • Nov. 5th will be Shark Tank workshop.
  • Opportunity for partners to mentor students.
  • Host virtual sessions to share their career journey, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Offer insights into different roles within their organization or industry.
  • Judge FBLA State and National Competitions.
  • Invite partners to judge FBLA Challenges: elevator pitches to provide real-world feedback.
  • Mock Interviews (FBLA & BOT 2183 Career Readiness)

Emerging Tools & Platforms

  • Ask partners to share new technologies or platforms they’re using in their workplace (e.g., CRM systems, project management tools, AI integrations).
  • Discuss how these tools could be introduced or simulated in the BOT curriculum.
  • Explore potential for guest workshops or demos led by industry professionals.

  • Open discussion on the role of AI in business operations—where it helps, where it hinders.
  • Acknowledge that some textbooks begin to implement AI, and seek partner input on:

  • Ask: “What AI tools are you using, if any and what do you wish new hires understood about them?”

Internship & Job Shadowing Opportunities
