International real estate developer and smart office technology provider HB Reavis was hit harder than most by the Covid pandemic, since rents dropped and occupiers moved out overnight. Uncertainty about what a return to office might look like negatively impacted them further, as c-suite audiences in HB Reavis’ target markets were too unsure about the future to invest in it.

Isoline saw an opportunity to answer that question by challenging the assumption that remote working would become the norm. We worked with HB Reavis to conduct a series of market surveys of employers and employees on what they wanted from the future of work. We then layered in four ‘megatrends’ tipped to drive business productivity and employee wellbeing in a post-pandemic world, creating a fully comprehensive report on the topic.

The HB Reavis ‘Future of Work’ report hit the market at an ideal time and received a strong response. Supported by a digital campaign, it generated 500 qualified leads during the four-week active promotion period, and has been pulling leads organically as well as winning enterprise-level business since.
