1) Find the regular menu recipe for the day & the allergen(s) you are needing to avoid. 2) Find the box where the meal component & allergen intersect on the guide.

-If the box contains an ingredient or recipe swap, then the original meal item is unsafe and cannot be served. So, Rick will need to swap it with the provided safe option instead.

-So, Rick will need to serve Morty the SD Turkey Ham & "Cheddar" BoB instead.
