SDR UPDATE: When a parent or guardian provides another SDR form that may or may not have changes, for a student who currently has an active SDR form on file.

**NOTE: Removal Requests remove ALL special meal accommodations.

SDR REMOVAL: When a parent or guardian submits a request (in person or electronically) to REMOVE SD meal accommodation so the student can have the regular menu options.

**NOTE: This is how we know which menus are required & support with FPR audits.
