Here are 5 of them. #1 RECEPTIVE/LISTENING COMPREHENSION This refers to the ability to understand spoken language. It’s about receiving and making sense of what you hear. Important for oral language development and is closely linked to reading comprehension because strong listening skills often support understanding written texts. Example: Listening to a story and answering questions about it.
