Just flagging that we've had major issues with experts who misrepresent their knowledge on a space and often outright lie. Anecdotally, it's ~30-40% of calls that are a total waste of time and, even worse, can lead us to making the wrong decision. I am sure you all are working hard to improve quality, but I wanted to make sure you heard it from us directly. I know for sure that many other venture capital firms feel expert fraud is rampant as well.
Please refund us. Going forward we really need guardrails in place to prevent this level of fraud/misrepresentation. It's reached an unacceptable level, beyond that of our other expert network providers. This is starting to do more harm than good.
