Overview

Today, we'll explore freewriting — a simple yet powerful way to unlock your ideas, quiet your inner critic, and discover the magic hiding between your thoughts. There will be two rounds of freewriting — a short one to warm up and a longer one to dive deep.

What Is Freewriting?

Freewriting is when you write without stopping — no backspacing, no editing, no second-guessing. You just write. The goal is flow, not perfection. Your words already live inside you. So, just let them go and let them flow.

Rules of Freewriting

• Don't stop — keep your pen or fingers moving.
• Don't judge — weird ideas are welcome here.
• Don't reread — trust that what needs to surface will.
• Don't edit — this is not the time for grammar police!
